Refund policy

Returpolicy: 
Du har alltid ångerrätt i 14 dagar i enlighet med gällande konsumentskyddslagstiftning. 

Ångerfristen börjar löpa den dag du tog emot varan och returpaketet måste vara inlämnat vid DHL inom ångerfristen.

Vid returer inom Sverige tillkommer ett returporto på 99kr. Maila mojoindependentstore@gmail.com med ditt ordernummer och anledning till retur. Vi skickar dig ett returnummer som du tar med när du lämnar ditt paket till ett DHL service point, de skriver ut retursedlar och sätter på ditt paket. När vi mottagit din retur kommer vi att kreditera de produkter vi mottagit och debitera dig för returportot.

Vi har av miljövänliga skäl valt att inte skicka med retursedlar i paketen eftersom vi anser att det är slöseri med papper de gånger som de inte utnyttjas. 

Ej hämtade varor skickas tillbaka till oss. För alla paket som inte hämtas ut förbehåller vi oss rätten att debitera dig kostnader för returfrakt, expeditionsavgift och hanteringsavgift, för närvarande 250:-. Vi står inte för postens/DHLs slarv vid ej uthämtat paket, det vill säga att om du inte hämtar ut paketet och det försvinner på vägen tillbaka till oss får du endast den ersättning DHL/posten betalar ut vilket inte alltid motsvarar värdet på ordern.

Return policy within Sweden: 
If you are not satisfied with your goods we will issue a replacement or refund if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods by e-mail to mojoindependentstore@gmail.com. You will then receive a return number that you leave together with the goods at a DHL service point. After we receive your goods we will make a refund to you for the goods except 99kr for shipment.

If you don’t pick up the package so it goes in return automatically it will be a fee of 250kr. We are not responsible for the carelessness of the post office/DHL in the event of an uncollected package, meaning that if you do not collect the package and it is lost on the way back to us, you will only receive the compensation DHL/post office pays out, which does not always correspond to the value of the order.

You choose by yourself the way you want to ship it but we recommend to ship it traceable. Within the EU there are no customs duties but if you order to an address outside of the EU and ship it back to us you will pay the customs duties to toll it back into Sweden again, this is also when you don't collect your package and it goes back in return to us. 

You as a costumer pay the cost for the return and the customs duties.
